We disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from the use of the application, except as required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYCOPAN s.r.o. will not be liable for:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access or use PrivacyXpert.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
